Band Pro Tek offers a number of one-on-one educational, training and technical setup services to Band Pro customers. When a customer purchases a camera from Band Pro we can often provide an introductory overview of the camera functions and menus. We are also able to help with custom image setups and multi-camera matching. Additionally, Band Pro Tek can provide systems consultation. The level of consultation can range from complete camera packages by making sure that every cable, power supply and accessory is matched to interact seamlessly, to full-scale production and workflow engineering (discussed further in the Production Engineering section).
